Our Approach:
1. Initial Evaluation and Baseline Assessment conducted by healthcare professionals and skilled practitioners.
2. Root Cause Analysis after data gathering to identify different modifiable contributing factors.
3. Setting Achievable Goals as we work collaboratively and closely with our patient.
4. A Personalized Holistic Package Program is developed and tailored to a timeframe of 3, 6, 9, or 12 months.
5. A Weekly Schedule is developed with various local practitioners and organizations to incorporate diverse aspects of health, such as nutrition, exercise, mental health, yoga, and other individual and group sessions.
6. Periodic Evaluations are conducted by healthcare professionals for feedback and reassessment to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to the program with incentives to encourage compliance and increase success rates.
7. Successful Completion and achievement of initial goals are evaluated at the end of the program. Patients are then encouraged to join our holistic membership program to sustain long-term results and continue their healing journey within the community.
Payment Models:
1. Insurance plans from major carriers
Starting in early 2025, One Hand Medical will be accepting health plans from most major insurance carriers, as well as Medicare in Florida in our practice located in the heart of Wilton Manors offering a wide range of medical services in Primary Care, Sports and Regenerative Medicine as well as Functional Medicine with emphasis on preventive care, including routine check-ups, screenings, and health education. At OHM, our goal is to safely and gradually replace unnecessary medications with healthier habits and life-style modifications for better long-term health and reduced need for acute medical interventions... 2. Holistic Package Programs
Our Wellness Programs offer comprehensive healthcare services at a reduced rate for services not covered under insurance plans focusing on preventive care, lifestyle modifications, chronic disease management and others.
- In Package Programs Services are bundled into one package based on individual needs and duration of the program after comprehensive evaluation, offering affordable access to multiple services to achieve goals.
- Incentives: Discounts may be provided for meeting health goals, participating in wellness activities, or volunteering with OHC.
3. Holistic Membership Programs
Patients pay a recurring fee (monthly or annually) for access to a range of wellness services at a discounted rate as part of their maintenance program.
- Service Focused Memberships are offered where specific wellness services, such as fitness classes, nutritional counseling, or different workshops, can be used as needed at reduced prices.
4. Sliding Scale Payment Model
- This model adjusts the cost of services based on the patient’s ability to pay, typically determined by their income level and family size.
- The Scale Ranges 0%, 10%, 25%, 50%, 75%, or 100% of the fee based on financial capabilities.
- The sliding scale applies to a wide range of services for a comprehensive medical and non-medical care , lab tests, and different procedures and treatments.
- This ensures predictable costs for Patients with a clearer understanding of what their healthcare expenses will be, aiding in financial planning and management.
5. Sponsorship and Scholarship Opportunities.
- Individual Sponsorships: Individuals or organizations can sponsor specific patients, helping to cover the costs of holistic programs and services.
- Treatment Scholarships: Providing financial assistance to patients who cannot afford holistic treatments where scholarships can cover partial or full costs of care.
6. Volunteer Credit Points
- OHC offers individuals the chance to contribute their time, skills and more to support the well-being of others in a comprehensive, integrative manner.
- Our Volunteers are offered a credit point for every 5 hours of volunteer service to be used towards discounts on different services provided by OHC or one of our partners.
